Good to know
This is a custom, hand-built tiny home, from its frame to the wooden kitchen counter top. Enjoy long days at the beach, and enjoy your quiet getaway in our tiny home--at night put together a delicious meal in our kitchenette, pop some popcorn in the microwave and chill out with Netflix. While layout and space are challenges for designing tiny homes, our tiny home provides a comfortable layout which will comfortably house and sleep 1-4 people.
House Rules
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM - Parking only available at the end of the tiny house (not in front of the door) - Slow safe driving through the community - No smoking ($250 fee assessed for smoking inside the unit)
Other Details to Note
The tiny house is located at an RV park very close to Fort Myers beach and Sanibel Island. Keep in mind the staircase to the main bed is a bit steep, so guests make sure you're able to get up there!

Fun fact: due to zoning laws and being so new, tiny homes are having a hard time finding places to live! Fortunately, RV parks tend to be good friends of ours, and are very convenient sources of water and electricity. We're located at Fort Myers Beach RV Resort, one of the most reputable mobile parks in the area!
Guest Access
You have access to the whole darn thing. Lounge in the living area. Lunch on the park bench. Sleep on the sofa. Hide in the cupboards. Hang out on the stoop in the front. Our tiny house is yours to enjoy!
Find us
Just park behind to the tiny home (away from the main road you'll turn from to get into the park). There's enough parking for two cars if you need.
